Excel - "enter your credentials"???

My Excel 2013 program automatically updated itself on January 9, 2018.  Since then, I'm unable to refresh my cells for gold and silver prices from jmbullion.com.  I've been using this same file for over a year with no problems.  Now when I attempt to update the data with "refresh all", a pop-up window asks me to "Enter your credentials."  Why is it doing this?  How do I fix this?

When trying to create a new query in a new excel spreadsheet, I get the same enter your credentials window.  The problem began after the January 9 automatic update.  I'm pretty sure it's a microsoft problem.

This problem of having to enter credentials when doing a Data-Refresh All in Excel 2013 from JMBullion.com was caused by YOUR automatic update of Jan 9.

    Please fix and update.

Also I talked with two of your help folks and neither one knew what I was talking about.  I can't believe I'm the first one to report this problem.  You folks need to communicate with each other better.

The error message says it all, open the website in your browser and log in. Then try the query again.

If it fails, the issue is not addressed to Excel, the website has changed the data download process. Make a new file and try to create a new query for that page, I guess you'll see the issue.

    Andreas.

I would suggest that you should post simultaneously to Technet forum also as there this will increase chances of getting the fast answer to this query. So, your question will be on two forums - This and Technet. On Technet, even Microsoft Product team will look into your issue.
