Split from this thread.

to piggy back onto this, we still get azure ad sync error emails weekly which confuses us because they are all old errors that have been remedied...please allow us to clear this old errors out so we don't get misleading emails.

You could try doing a complete fresh sync to make sure everything has been taken care of.

You'd have to analyze the message and be sure it has been remedied from your on-prem Active Directory.

If that all fails I'd be opening a Tech Support ticket in the Admin Center.

    Hi Issaac,

Sometimes, same issue symptoms could be caused by a different root cause.

    1. To help you troubleshoot the issue, firstly, could you share with us a detailed description of the issue?

If an example is better to be understood, we appreciate an example.

    1. Also capture us s an screenshot of the error message.
    2. When did the issue occur?
    3. Did Azure AD Connect work well before? If so, what changed?
    4. Please check for the updates to make sure Azure AD Connect it up to date.

    Thanks,

    Brook
