Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Thank you, I'll read it all and see if I come up with something. I use a cloud based non profit database and then externally merge list then download using excel into a word template. The accounts are set up with everyone having their own account then connected by 'Households', with a Household Name 'The Doe Family' and Household Salutation 'Mary & John'. The problem is that my merge works if they all have a Household or all have just a first and last name but not both. Just wondering if these flaws are common or if there is a fix. Thanks for your help.
