Unable to use PostgreSQL Database in Excel 2016

I'm trying to set up a connection to a postgreSQL database. I have downloaded latest postgreSQL files, tried to set up connection thru ODBC. Also have latest npgsql files installed. Still getting "This connector requires one or more additional components...." error. Help please!

    3.2 will work if you include GAC

    I had the same issue with V3.2 Npgsql.  I uninstalled it and tried V3.1.9 and it seems to work fine now.

    Hi. Exact the same problem here, and there seems to be no mentioning of a solution in regards to that (after searching for 8 hours).
