We appreciate your response. However, it would be much helpful if you could provide us the screenshot of the error message you’re getting and the build of Office 2016 you’re using.

We noticed that the version of Windows that you’re currently using is outdated. We recommend updating Windows 10 by following the instructions on this link. Make sure that Office is also up-to-date. In case you missed it, here’s a link to the instructions on how to update Office.

If both Windows and Office are up-to-date and you’re still experiencing issues, open the affected Office application in safe mode by following the steps in this article. This is to determine if the issue is caused by one of the installed add-ins.

If the issue is not happening during safe mode, you have to uninstall the add-in that’s causing the issue. If the issue persists, repair Office.

If repair didn’t help, uninstall Office manually or using the easy fix tool. Follow the steps under Option 2 or Option 3 in this article. After uninstalling Office, reinstall Office by following the steps on this link.

Let us know if you need additional assistance.
