I bought the Office 360 to include the windows, excel and powerpoint for my home computer. I have re-set my password three times. It keeps saying that it is inactive. I have also re-loaded the program per the help tips. Still having the problem. I never received an key code. I just want to know how to load it properly so I can use it.

Thanks,

Jena

A new PC includes win but not Office except as a trial, or if your PC maker explicitly stated that it included a 'free' 365 Personal subscription, and if that was the case there would have been instructions on how to activate it with an MS Account.

    .

Re-set what password, a mail account password?

Did you create an MS Account and can you log on to that account?
