Microsoft office error

I keep getting an error and need it fixed... this happens several minutes after I open a word document. I will start a new document and this message pops up..... how can I fix this?

    Hi,

    We would like to know more about your concern regarding the error message in Microsoft word. Are you experiencing the concern in Word only? When did the issue start? Have you made any changes or installed any update prior to the issue? Have you tried click the Repair Now? If yes, what was the result?
