Can't View my MD-100 Certificate

Hi Team,

I have completed my MD-100 certification on 15-July-2021. I am unable to view my certificate in my dashboard.

I have checked with exam center/Pearson VUE and informed to check with Microsoft support center. Also, I came to know that I have 2 email account created at Microsoft center. Can you please merge my below email ID's and provide me MD-100 certificate in my dashboard.

spatilbabu2007@Stuff .com (In exam center I have provided this ID)
