How do I save a Powerpoint Presentation with multiple slides per page into a PDF document?

Hi there.  I need to save a powerpoint presentation as the 3 slides per page handout so I can send as a PDF document.

I was looking to just change the printer to PDF but I don't have the option under the printer.

How do I get the PDF option so I can print /save to PDF from this screen?

Any other ideas on how I can achieve the formatting I need to PDF.

Its Powerpoint 2013 if that helps.

Thanks so much in advance.   I've googled but nothing seems to be easy!

Regards

    Hi AnnMce,

If you want to directly change the printer to PDF in Print option, it is not feasible. I suggest you saving the presentation as PDF to local first and then print it following the steps below:

    1. Click File>Save as>Browse.
    2. In Save as type column, choose PDF and click Options.

3.In Options, choose Handouts in Publish what and select 3.

4.Save this file and print it.

Moreover, you can refer to this video for more information.
