How to Cancel a login password in Windows 10 Enterprise Edition？

Following the online user Settings doesn't help either
“netplwiz” There is no option to cancel password setting

    Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following information with you:

    1. May I know if your goal is when user login, you do not want to insert password, you need sign in directly? If yes, I would suggest do not configure Password when you create the specific user.

    2.If above cannot resolve your issue, then I would like to confirm with you if your goal is when the screen was locked, when you sign in next time, you do not want to insert the password although the password has been configured for this user?
