Cannot Remove Old License

I had an account with a single user with a Office 365 Business Premium licence.

I synced the account with my local AD server and added some E3 Licesnses. The Office 365 Business Premium expired and I added a new E3 licence for the existing user and after disabling Yammer and Office 365 ProPlus, I managed to assign this to the old user.

However I cannot remove the expired Office 365 Business Premium licence. The switch is disabled on the Product Licenses page. How can I get this done?

Hi FredLea,

Based on my understanding, you don't have to remove the Business Premium licenses as it's expired. You have the new E3 licesne which will let you continue to use those Office 365 services. The expired subscription may be automatically deleted after centern days. You can just ignore the expiration notification for Business Premium licenses. To learn more, see What happens to my data and access when my Office 365 for business subscription ends?

Best regards,

Tim
