Hello....I am looking for a way to password protect all but one slide in a presentation from editing. I found a way to do this in Word but nothing in Powerpoint.  I need a way to allow a user to open/play a presentation and be able to edit one slide, but not be able to edit anything else...is there a way to do this?? Thanks for your help in advance....  This would be for a file created in Office360 but ran in Powerpoint 2010

Not really. You might be able to stop beginners from editing though.

You can edit XML to make items on a particular slide non selectable but they can still be hidden which may defeat the object. OfficeOne have a (not free) AddIn to do this called SHAPELOCKER

You could create the whole of one slide as a custom layout. Savvy users will know how to edit though.
