Multiple Forms Depositing Data into the Same Sheet?

Is it possible to create multiple forms but have the data deposit into a single response sheet?

Our organization uses a Microsoft form to gather daily intervention data (home visits, phone calls, engagement emails, etc), but utilizes a paper form to gather data on face-to-face meetings. I would like our tech department to create a digital form, and for responses from our two forms to be downloadable on a single Excel sheet so that the entire intervention/meeting log is accessible in one spot. Face-to-face meetings have different goals and questions than the daily intervention logs, but the total number of fields could be manipulated to match across both forms.

Hi kari,

It’s not possible to download responses from multiple forms into a single workbook. However, here’s a workaround to use data connection feature to refresh data connecting with multiple sheets. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Download responses to multiple workbooks.
  2. Create a new sheet in a new created workbook that you want to collect all the data information.
  3. Data Tab>New query>From File>From Workbook>Select the workbook that you want to connect the data from>Import>Select the sheet that you want to import data from.
  4. When you want to refresh the data, please go to Data Tab>Refresh All, then all the data connecting with multiple sheets will be updated.

Thanks,

Rena
