    Hi Dennis,

    Sorry for delay reply.

To narrow the cause of this issue, please confirm your license to make sure whether your tenant have license for Microsoft Planner. Please check your licenses by the steps below.

(Office 365 portal>Click your name on the right-top>Account>Subscriptions)

If you have a license for Microsoft Planner, please share with us some info about your tenant. To protect your privacy, please send us your related info viaPrivate Message.

If you don’t have license for Microsoft Planner, that means Microsoft Planner may not release for your tenant. We suggest you wait for release finished.

    Thanks,

    Neo

When you say confirm your license are you saying that SPEE3 does not contain planner....

    Please confirm.

    Hi Dennis,

Based on your reply, you seems not have/active license for planner. We suggest you confirm your license and tryaccess planner again.

For your reference: Microsoft Planner for admins.

    Hi Neo,

    1.

    1. 3 other admins also have this problem but I'm sure it is across any user who accesses planner in our tenant
    2. User has requested to use this last week and via the web this problem occurs but the app on device seems to work ok
    3. I only access via the web URL since I have no access via O365.

I have also sent more details via private message.

    Kind regards,
