Hello Team,
After the API Registration for the SharePoint I have created the Source dataset .But not able to access the csv files in the SharePoint :
The Preview data marked in red is disabled. Please let me know how to enable this option.

Could you please help me to understand your requirement here.
Do you want copy data from Share point Online list using Azure data factory? if yes, then you should go with SharePoint Online list connector. Click here to know more about this.
From your screenshot it seems you are using REST connector dataset not SharePoint Online list connector. Is that intentional? Please Note, You can use Web activity or Web Hook activity to hit APIs.

The HTTP 401 Unauthorized client error status response code indicates that the request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource.
Is your linked service test connections are getting successful?

Your entire pipeline json may also come handy to following along and debug the issue better.
Could you please share screenshot of linked service where it shows test connection successful as well?
