Techsoup token validation

Question

Hello,

I get a TechSoup validation token from techsoup partner (SocialWare) for a customer and I created an Office 365 nonprofit account with same informations about this cutomer but for the office 365 account I'm ineligible.

Someone know why or how can I add the TechSoup token in office 365 account to bypass the verification ?

Hi Adrien,

May I ask what is the type of the token and detailed subscription plan (If it's Office 365)? Please check the following article about activating Office: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Activate-Office-365-Office-2016-or-Office-2013-5bd38f38-db92-448b-a982-ad170b1e187e

And you may provide the detailed error or notification which refused your token in a screenshot so we can further check it for you.( Remember to remove your private information on it to protect your privacy)

In the meanwhile, you may also contact the third party who provided the token to you which can be more efficient in this scenario.
