camera tool image doesn't resize with data range.

Question

I think I found an excel bug where initially when I create an image with camera tool, the image will resize with the data range (e.g. I insert a row, then the image gets taller), but when I save ,exit the workbook, and reopen, the image size becomes locked so when you add a row to the data, then the size of the image will not change and will just shrink the data that’s being displayed.  I have to go to image property and hit reset the size for it to resize the image (but I have to do this every time after I initially exit the file).  Is there a way to toggle between the two where the image created will resize with the data range automatically vs image size stays the same and the data displayed within gets resized?
