OneNote Error Code 0xE000004A

When I try to sync a particular notebook on OneNote, I get a message that says "We can't sync this section because we can't access the file. Try changing file permissions or saving a copy of the section somewhere else."

The thing is, though, I do have access to this section. I get all changes and updates to it... I think. But I know for a fact that the file is shared with me under Read-Only settings. As a result, I cannot make a copy of this section, paste it somewhere else, and delete the original, evidently corrupted section, because I can't delete it as it is Read-Only. Copying it would only copy how it is currently and I would not be able to see future changes, and the error message would still persist because the corrupted copy would still exist. I have tried everything I can think of and on the help forums have to make this error go away, but nothing has worked.

When I look at the details of the error, it says "We can't sync this section because it's read-only or because access to the file is denied. (Error code: 0xE000004A)"

Can someone please help?
