    Hi YasirRazaHaidri,

May I ask if you got this error message during the process of migrating users to Office 365? If so, I'd like to collect more information to better help you:

    1. Which migration method do you use? Hybrid migration?
    2. What is your on premise server version? Exchange 2013 or 2016?
    3. Could you please run following PowerShell commend? I have sent you a private message to collect the result.
