Cannot install language packs

Hello,

We are unable to install Russian or Lithuanian language packs for one of our users, as it gives this error:

We have successfully installed MS Office 2016 ProPlus, although language pack installations from various sources fails.

Any advices?

    We do not use Open license office, so the solution is not relevant to us.

    Hello,

    We have language packs that are definitely working with MS Office 2016 ProPlus, as we have been installing it for other users without any problems. It is just for this one user that we are unable to install it.
