I have checked the logs you provided in the private message and don’t find the error message you mentioned above. May I know where did you see the error message (SourceMailboxAlreadyBeingMovedTransientException)?

Generally, the error message is related to the locked source mailbox. It means the same source mailbox is moved for another move request. There will be a flag with “InTransitStatus”. I suggest you check whether you have several move request?

Meantime, you can change the KiipAliveTime to see whether there are any improvements. Here is a reference:

Thanks for your log in the pm.

I had checked the logs and found the error messages. Based on the error message, if the sessions drops, the mailbox server will not know it and still try it at least 60 times. May I know whether you try changing the registry in the link above? If not, I suggest you change it to 5 or 10 minutes.

If the issue persists and the error message is different, please upload a new log. We will help you to check it.

We have a single Exchange 2010 server recently established hybrid and trying to move mailboxes to Exchange Online wherein few mailboxes failing with above error

Setting the using properties to the maximum value may help. Note: please set the value back to something reasonable when you finish.
