Excel Add-on issues

Running Microsoft 10, need to have an excel add-on for the Data Analysis Toolpak and it will not load.  Have gone to File, Add-on, Data Analysis Toolpak, and then ok.....nothing happens!! 

What is problem ? Thanks

Hi Kathy,

There can be a conflict with the Data Analysis Tool Pack and with the other installed add-ins on your Excel app. For us to rectify the issue, we suggest that you disable or remove other add-ins on your Excel app then try to enable Data Analysis Tool pack. Here's how:

  1. Click File > Options > Add-ins
  2. Towards the bottom of the window, where it says Manage, click the Go button
  3. In the dialog box, select the add-ins you want to disable or remove.
  4. To disable the add-in, just uncheck the box in front of its name. To uninstall the add-in select it and click Remove.
  5. Click OK to save your changes and return to your document.
