Cannot scroll on Access continuous form

I have lost the ability to use the mouse wheel or click and drag the button on the vertical scroll bar to navigate my forms (which are set to continuous). This worked fine until just recently. I'm assuming the most recent update to office caused this? Mouse wheel scrolling works fine on tables and reports, but forms seem to be the only thing affected. Anything I can do to correct?

Same problem here, I know for sure that last Office 365 update (build 8326) broke something, because we have some PCs updated which have the problem and some others not updated which run Access correctly.

@Access developers please fix it, it's very annoying.

Microsoft has released update 1709 which resolves the issue of the scrollbars not working introduced by update 1707.  So be sure to update your installation.

If you need more information, feel free to read my blog post on the subject: http://www.devhut.net/2017/08/04/access-2016-form-scrolling-doesnt-work/

No, Microsoft and customer support are like oil and water, they don't mix!  They've never even had a place to report bugs!

You can try using access.uservoice.com, but realistically it is for requesting new features, product improvements, not reporting bugs.  That said, i do know the dev team reads them (don't know the frequency though).

As for a fix, God only knows.  I've come to not expect much of anything from Microsoft.  You are best to find fixed yourself rather than wait endlessly for something to come down the Microsoft pipes.  Hopefully it will come soon, then again, i thought that more than a month ago!

    I found this ... https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2458709/you-cannot-use-the-mouse-wheel-to-scroll-through-records-in-an-access

I was able to get it to work on one of my Continuous Forms, but not on the rest.  Probably since I'm not very familiar with Visual Basic.

I had the same thing happen earlier today, when I rebooted my PC, and have been unable to find a solution.  I thought I might have changed a setting by mistake, but it changed on all my continuous forms.  I agree, it must be the recent update.
