Hi,

I have an MS 365 ProPlus installation of Office (Click-to-run semi-annual channel)

I wished to access the Power Query functionality, however this is no present under the Data heading in the ribbon.

I have followed the steps hereto update office however the update has not enabled Power Query that I can see anywhere.

I would appreciate any suggestions how to get this working on my installation.

Regards,

Rob.

    Hi Robert,

Power Query is known as Get & Transform in Excel 2016. Prior to the release of Excel 2016, Microsoft Power Query for Excel functioned as an Excel add-in. In Excel 2016 we integrated the Power Query technology and experience into Excel. Power Query is no longer an add-in but is a native Excel feature from the Data tab, under the Get & Transform section.

For more information, please check the following articles:

If you still can’t find the above option, then please provide the screenshot of Office 2016 Product Information. To get this screenshot, open Excel 2016 on your system, click File>Account, capture the screenshot of all the information mentioned under Product Information.

    Thanks,

    Neha
