[macOS] Excel scrollbars do not show.

I have got Excel 15.40 (171108) on my MacBook Pro (macOS High Sierra 10.13.1). Because I work with big worksheets, I have set in macOS -> System Preferences -> General, Show scroll bars to always. When I open Excel, no any scroll bar is shown, resizing the worksheet doesnot bring the bars. If i go to System Preferences and change Show scroll bars to another option, then back to always, the pars appear. After closing Excel and opening it again, the problem occurs again. Any ideas how to solve this in a permanent way?

To install 16.8, go to the Excel Help menu and choose Check for Updates. This launches AutoUpdate.

In AutoUpdate click the check box to join the Insider program. Leave it set to Insider Slow. Then click the button in the lower right corner to check for updates. This will give you the general release build a few days sooner than for everyone else.

What I realized today is that the scroll bars are there, but "hidden" :))) So if you go where the bars should be displayed and start manipulating with the pointer, the scrolling work :)))

Still a defect.  You can change the behavior of the scroll bars in system setting to auto and they will appear as well, but "always" has them "hidden" in the white space.
