Am trying to open my One Note file on a newly purchased MotoZ (Adnroid 7).  It works file on my desktop and on an older Android tablet.  On OneDrive there are two files "Personal" and "Personal (Web)"  The active file is the one without the (web) notation, but the android version wants to only open the "Personal (Web)" version, which is empty.  How can I open the correct file

    Hi Bradley,

Thank you for providing some details about your concern. Just to verify, are you using OneDrive app for android when accessing your OneNote file? If so, try accessing your OneNote file by logging in to your OneDrive account on this linkusing a mobile web browser. Then, navigate to the folder containing your notebook. Tap on the icon for the notebook you want to open and this will open the notebook in OneNote Mobile on your phone.

Kindly update us with the result so we can further assist you.
