Fix/address OneNote refresh issue

This has been an issue for every version of OneNote I've ever used for the past 4 years. Often if I switch to another application and come back the screen is blank. My notes are still there but I have to scroll up and down or lasso select the active window to reveal my notes again. It's very frustrating and is an issue that has persisted through several version and across multiple devices. Is there a fix I am unaware of or is this just an unaddressed bug?

    You may attempt to update your display driver (This is harmless and will not cause any problem to your computer)

    1. Type Device Manager in Windows Search Box to open Device Manager (You can reach here through Control Panel also)
    2. Click on Display Adapter to see the entry beneath it.
    3. Right click on this entry and update driver software.
