Send list attachments to document library from previously created list items

Question

Hi! I have list items that have already been created and I want to move attachments from those items to a document library. I tried creating a manually triggering flow but that didn't work. I was able to create a flow that worked for new list items but don't know how to trigger for the previously created items. Thanks!

You could create a flow as following picture shows. In the flow, set flow rigger as manually trigger.
