Multiple Program Entries for Microsoft Office 365 & Home & Business Edition in "Programs and Features" List

Hello,

I run Microsoft Office Home and Business Edition 2016 German installation w/ en-us language package.

List of Programs under "Programs and Features" on my Laptop shows 4 Lines:

• 2 lines for Microsoft Office 365 (en-us & de-de) and 2 Microsoft Office Home and Business Edition 2016 (en-us & de-de).

Questions:

1. Do I have a double installation?
2. Can I uninstall Microsoft Office 365 (en-us & de-de) to avoid superfluous edition taking resources from my laptop?

Hi Andreas,

You can install 2 Office versions on your computer or uninstall one of it, depending on your preferred Office version to use. To answer your questions, it seems that you do have 2 Office versions installed on your computer. It's possible that the Office 365 (en-us & de-de) was pre-installed on your laptop or it was purchased using your Microsoft account. You can uninstall it on your computer if you prefer to use the Office Home and Business 2016.

I uninstalled 365 Office Edtions & kept Home & Business Edition 2016.
