- You can try following -
Network & Internet -> WI-FI -> Manage known networks -> <Select your WI-FI> -> Properties -> Set as Metered Connection <On/Off> ->OFF
Update your office now.
- Do you have another older version of office installed on your computer. If yes, please remove that completely by Easy Fix tool.

- Start the computer in clean boot and then try to update the Office applications, check the result.
