Hi Anjan,
DLL errors, such as those associated with PPCORE.DLL, most often occur during computer startup, program startup, or while trying to use a specific function in your program. To ensure that this issue is properly addressed, we’d like to ask a few questions:
- Are there any changes prior to this concern?
- Which edition of Office are you using?
- Have you run your antivirus program on your computer? This is to make sure, your computer is safe from a virus or malware.
As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you open PowerPoint in safe mode and disable add-ins from there. This is for us to further isolate the concern if this is caused by an add-in. To do this, follow these steps:
- Press Windows key and R.
- Type in Powerpnt /safe (including the space) and click OK.
- Go to File and click Options.
- In the left corner, select Add-ins and click the Go button.
- Deselect all add-ins and click OK.
- Relaunch PowerPoint and check if the issue still persists.
We’ll keep an eye out for your response.
