I have bought microsoft 365 subscription through my i.d on my macbook via App center. so it shows in my purchsed list and i got receipt as well and it appears on my bank statement. but unfortunately i am unable to activate on my macbook as it appears i dont have any purchased subscription.
please do let me know what should i do and how to activate my subscription
