Auto text appears empty in new form

Question

I try to save into Autotext and save it into templet, (.dotm)when I close and open the program and try to insert the new block to new form its opend only with some of the information I savedwhat am I missing ?what am I missing ? what am I missing ?

Hi Omer,

This issue could occur due to an outdated Office application or from recent changes that may have happened to your device. We suggest that you update your Word 2010. To do this, click File > Help > Check for Updates.
