    Hi,

We would like to know more about this issue that you're encountering when you save a .xlsx file using Excel. Kindly answer the following:

    • Have you made any changes on your computer prior to this issue?
    • Are you encountering this error message on all of your Excel files?
    • Is your computer on a domain?
    • Are you saving a document from a network shared folder?

In the meantime, you can refer to the post of Don Dinardoni that has been marked as an answer on this thread with the same issue that you're encountering.
