Word crashes when using Dragon

Split from this thread.
Same problem with Windows. The crash happens pretty consistently when Dragon is listening for input and you open a new document - sometimes it will recover on its own after a few minutes but I usually don't wait that long. Word now auto saves so I generally kill the task and start over. What does seem to work is telling Dragon "go to sleep" before opening a new document. Annoying.
