Looping Slideshow on Third Screen without Interruptions

Hi,

my situation is the following:

I have three screens. I use two to work on my desk. The third is a TV on the wall which I want to show a slideshow on for everyone to see.

I want this slideshow to do two things: a) I want it to run in a loop. b) I want it to not pause when I do my work on the desk-screens.

The solution for a) is to set it up as "browsed at a kiosk" - the default solution for running an unattended loop for people to see.

The solution for b) is to set it up as "browsed by an individual" - the suggested workaround solution for having a presentation that doesn't pause when the user does other stuff on other screens in parallel.

Now, a) and b) are mutually exclusive. So I can only have either a loop or a not-pausing presentation but I want both.

What can I do? Surely, there must be  a way to set up a presentation loop that doesn't pause when the user works on his computer....?

P.S: My current workaround is copy-pasting the existing slides a gazillion times within the same presentation. This way, it's not a loop but it repeats often enough. However, this only solves the situation in the "browsed by an individual" scenario, because it would still stop in the "kiosk" scenario. The problem with the "browsed by an individual" situation is that the Power Point grey taskbars and the Windows taskbar itself are still visible (so it's not really full screen).

Hi Kolja,

It is not feasible to both a loop and a not-pausing in the same time. If you have any feedback and requirements about this, I suggest you submit them via uservoice.

Look at OfficeOne PowerShow from http://www.officeoneonline.com/powershow/powershow.html - it allows you to display different slide shows on different monitors simultaneously without interruptions. You can use it to display your slide show on your third monitor continuously while you use other 2 monitors.
