Negative error bars are not showing in excel line graphs

Hi I am presenting one of my works at one of the prestigious institutes and stuck in the developing negative error bars for a line graph.

It only shows the positive error bars. Please help ASAP.

    Your mistake was in using negative numbers for the 'down bars'

    Excel knows the negative ones go down and subtracts the error bar data from the data point value

    If the pos and neg error bars are the same you can get away with one column of values

    1.  Can you share your input data pls ?

         You can replace your confidential data with some dummy data (if required).

    2.  What Chart Type are you using ?

    3.  What Excel version are you using ?

    Thanks for the reply. data is as follows

    This only shows the positive error bar. This is line graph and I am using the office 365 pro plus.

    Hi Ali,

    I used your data to insert the line chart and it does show the negative value.

    Since you are getting the issue, please provide the following information to help you:

    1. Please provide the screenshot of Office 2016 Product Information. To get this screenshot, open Excel 2016 on your system, click File>Account, capture the screenshot of all the information mentioned under Product Information.
    2. Provide the step by step detail you’ve taken to insert the chart.
    3. Could you please provide screenshot of the data with the chart as I have attached above?
