Map Chart - Counties Missing

I am trying to build a map chart with Harris County Texas and surrounding counties.   Several counties are not displaying.  I get a message "We plotted xx% of the locations from your County data with high confidence".    Is there a problem with Bing map data?   How do I get all counties to display?

    Hi Cory,

    I can't see similar behavior on my side. Could you share with us your source data to for us testing via private message? Please remove personal or private information before sharing with us.

    In the meantime, please help capture a screenshot of the chart displayed on your side and another screenshot of the message "We plotted xx% of the locations from your County data with high confidence" to help us better understand your situation.

    Besides, we'd like to know your Excel product information. Please help go to File tab>Account to capture a screenshot of it.
