Office does not start: error code 0xc0000715

I am having exactly the same issue as this person in this thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/error-the-application-was-unable-to-start/3ab82f96-0d99-4d28-a216-dfe72836d8e2

Unfortunately, a solution is not displayed. It has something to do with GPO preventing Office apps from opening. I am using several computers, and all of them display this error when I try to start an Office app (Office 2016 Pro Plus).

WINWORD.EXE - Application Error The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000715). Click OK to close the application. OK

We suggest that you try to run Office application repair and see if it will fix the problem.

    Hi Remon,

No, Office apps 2016 Pro Plus never worked before, and I am having the same issue as the person in the link that I posted. That person fixed it, but I don't know what specific Domain Policy I need to change.
