If Word runs normally for a session started in Safe mode, troubleshoot add-ins, the Normal template and registry entries as discussed in the article at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/921541/how-to-troubleshoot-problems-that-occur-when-you-start-or-use-word.

Thank you for letting us know.

Let's run Microsoft Word in Safe mode by following these steps:

    1. Press Windows key + R on the keyboard.
    2. Type Winword /safe, then press Enter.

If you are able to login using safe mode, disable add-ins that possibly causing Word to crash. Please follow these steps to disable add-ins.

    1. Click File, then select Options.
    2. Select Add-ins.
    3. Click Go button beside Manage COM Add-ins.
    4. Uncheck the boxes beside the add-ins, then click OK.
    5. Restart Microsoft Word.

Looking forward to your reply about the result.
