Admin center is blank

I tried logging into our admin center and the window is blank. Another user is able to see the options in the admin screen but mine does not show anything. The page is https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/homepage  and we are both using the same login.

    Hi OB1 new,

I checked the information you provided in PM but cannot find related SI in your tenant, we'd like to investigate it separately.

Please firstly try the suggestions I mentioned above and let us know the outcome.

    Thanks,

    Jim

    Hi OB1 new,

We found a similar issue which was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident MO125135.

The user experience of this incident is: Administrators may be unable to view the Admin center. The admins will see a blank page aside from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on SHD at the link here

    https://portal.office.com/admin/default.aspx#@/ServiceStatus/ServiceStatusHistory.aspx

If you are experiencing a similar issue and do not see a SHD post, please let us know by sharing your tenant information via Private Message (PM) as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.

For affected customers to easily identify the information here, this thread will be closed. You may subscribe to this thread or refer to SHD for updated information.

    Thanks,

    Jim

    Hi OB1 new,

From your description, the issue is not related to the account, your tenant or server side, it is more like a local issue.

You can try inprivate browsing, clear your browser cache, or change a browser and check the result.

If the issue remains, temporary close all 3rd party applications and antivirus software to avoid confliction.

Also you can check your local network settings.

    Thanks,

    Jim
