Microsoft Project install with CD

My work (US Air Force) purchased Microsoft Project. It was just a product key through Amazon. We are getting windows 10 upgrade this week. I was told by my Comm folks they can not install with a product key due to security restrictions and downloading from website. How can I obtain a CD? Can I download on Home PC and burn to a disk, then install at work?

What is a bit uncertain is the form of the downloaded file you get through Amazon.  If the file is an EXE, it may unzip to an ISO file.  If it does unzip to an ISO file, you can save the ISO image on a DVD or CD (if the CD is big enough) and then install it from there.  If it is an EXE that wants to directly install Microsoft Project on the PC, then there is no way to meet your COMM requirements.

In your situation, I would put the problem back in the laps of the COMM people.  They are applying rules on you that prevent you from doing your job with the software the Air Force wants you to use.  I recommend you tell the COMM people to figure out how to solve this problem.  If they are no help, escalate this problem up the food chain in the Air Force command until you find someone who can help.

    Hope this helps.
