Error code 30179-25

Good afternoon I am trying to download Microsoft office 365 and I keep getting error code 30179-25. I have pretty much deleted everything off of my computer and bought an external hard drive. I have 26.0GB of 29.1 free space left.

    Hi Louise,

    The error code that you're getting is very rare, or not a known issue when downloading or installing Office software. However, It's good that you're able to free up the space on your computer. There are two things that we can do to troubleshoot your concern. First, turn off any antivirus that is installed on your computer, as well as the firewall of each antivirus. Second, you can run the Systems File Checker tool in an elevated command prompt, to check for any missing system files or corrupted data.
