wrong orientation printing

Hi.

I have word 2016 document and when I try to print the document in Potrait. its printing in landscape mode. before the printing it sends me an error.

need help fixing this. I want my document in portrait even though if the margins are small.

    The problem is solved. I tried printing it on another print and it works fine. I think there is a problem with the printer rather than the document.

    Your assumption is correct: the message that the margins are "pretty small" means that they are too small for the printer driver.

    Hello Amar,

    When printing a Word document, it normally prints the file in the same orientation you used. Regarding your concern, have you checked the printer settings if the orientation set on it is also in Portrait? also have you tried printing the Word document on another printer?
