Applescript support in Excel 2016

Excel version 15.41 released on December 17, 2017 (and earlier versions) supported the AppleScript command:

save workbook as workbook_name with overwrite

The with overwrite option is no longer available in all later versions (Excel version 16.9 released on January 18, 2018 + Excel version 16.10 released on February 13, 2018). Instead these later versions bring up a dialog box stating that workbook_name already exists and ask to either accept the overwrite or to cancel it.

The purpose of using AppleScript is to automatically execute a series of actions without requiring user intervention.

Is there a way to report this problem to Microsoft?

Is there an alternative way to save a workbook that can overwrite the workbook that was already in that folder without being user intervention?
