Since a few days my OneNote app on my iPhone 6s (iOS 11.1.2) doesn't open. When opening the app, I receive the opening page for a few seconds where after it disappears back to the normal home screen of my iPhone.

    Hi Wyands,

There are several reasons why your OneNote application won't open. It could be due to an outdated application, corrupted credentials, and a poor backhand connection. When did the issue start? Please make sure that you have the updated version of your application.

In the meantime, we suggest that you clear your OneNote's credential. Go to iOS Settings > OneNote > Reset OneNote > Delete Sign-In Credentialsand turn the toggle on. Please make sure that OneNote is not running.

Re-open OneNote and check if the issue will persist.

We'll keep an eye out for your response.
