This issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident MO132939 starting at March 28 2018 3:00 AM (UTC) and has been resolved at Thursday, March 29, 2018, at 3:09 AM UTC. The user experience of this incident is: Affected users may see a blank window when attempting to activate Office products. As the activation window where users sign in prior to activating a product is blank, users are unable to sign in to Office via the activation window as expected.
