Authentication page not loading

I have installed Office 365, however when I hit 'Sign In' on any of the programmes including Word, PPT, Outlook, and enter my corporate email address, it tries to redirect me to my corporate sign-in page but this page never loads and I am left with a white screen. This screen eventually times out, and takes me back to the screen to enter in my email address. 

I downloaded 365 from my corporate login page in my browser, and I can still access Outlook through this so the issue isnt caused by this.

Hi Chris,

Thanks a lot for the information you provided.

This issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident MO132939 starting at March 28 2018 3:00 AM (UTC) and has been resolved at Thursday, March 29, 2018, at 3:09 AM UTC. The user experience of this incident is: Affected users may see a blank window when attempting to activate Office products. As the activation window where users sign in prior to activating a product is blank, users are unable to sign in to Office via the activation window as expected.

If the issue persists on your end, please let us know by sharing your tenant information via Private Message (PM)as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.

      • OS version: 10.13.3
      • Office version: 16.11
    2. Please capture a screenshot of the "corporate sign-in page " you mentioned.
      • The corporate sign-in page does not display - thats the issue here, and this is the reason I am reaching out
    3. Please confirm whether this behavior occur with other users in your organization.
      • Does not occur for other users
    4. Could you contact your IT department whether they enable ADFS?
      • I will contact them in due course
    5. Please change another network environment to see the outcome.
      • I have used both wifi and LAN - this doesn't change the outcome

    1. Your OS version and Office version. (Open any Office application like Word>Word>About Microsoft Word)
    2. Please capture a screenshot of the "corporate sign-in page " you mentioned.
    3. Please confirm whether this behavior occur with other users in your organization.
    4. Could you contact your IT department whether they enable ADFS?
    5. Please change another network environment to see the outcome.
