Master Documents in OneNote
Hello,
I'm hoping to gather some insight as I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I'm creating a Knowledge Base for our department to refer to for help. I have created a ton of "master" word documents with checklists, procedures and notes. I only want to have to update these in one area in which they are stored, on our network share. How do I upload the master document into OneNote and be sure that OneNote will show the most current document? I'd like to be able to have the document as a link and also the entire document show on the page as there are links that will take users to the appropriate location for additional use. I don't want each user to have to open up the document from OneNote just to view it, I want them to have the option to view on the page and/or open the attached document. Hope this isn't confusing.
Thanks!
