Can't see header in Word

Split from this thread.

Click on the Office button and then on Word Options and then on Display and check the  box for "Show white space between pages in Print Layout view".

Hi I have the same issue however this box is checked and I still have the issue. Any ideas?

    Hi Doug,

    I have done some further investigation and it appears to not be a header, but a text box.  I didn't create the document and the creator doesn't know what they have done. I will email through.
