updated the latest microsoft excel app on ios and the file i wish to does not open. app keeps giving me an error message : this version of excel can't open workbooks with older smartart graphics. what can i do?

Hi Franklin,

Excel on the mobile phone does not have the full features and functions as Excel client on computer. Please make sure your Excel is always up to date on the phone to get feature updates and check if there is any improvement.

If the issue still occurs, could you please share the workbook or a sample workbook which can reproduce the same error message with us by clicking Private Message here?
